Hearing Tests If your initial hearing test shows that your hearing could be improved through the use of hearing aids, you and Dr. Roberts will work together to choose the type of hearing aids that will be of most benefit to you. Your type of hearing loss, your personal preferences, your activity level, and your budget will all be taken into consideration when selecting the best solution for you. Hearing Aids We offer a wide selection of technologically-advanced digital hearing aids made by the most critically acclaimed hearing aid manufacturers. Once your hearing aids are selected, they will be custom-programmed and custom-fit by a member of our team who is committed to ensuring you hear with maximum clarity and comfort. Follow Up Care Once you are fit with your new hearing aids, you will be fully educated on how to adjust to wearing them and how to clean and care for them. You will also receive: • 3 years of insurance • 3-year warranty • 5 years of batteries and office visits! Hearing Aid Repairs Should your hearing aids need to be repaired, we can usually do so while you wait and usually at no expense! Should your aids need more extensive repair, they will be sent to the manufacturer or to a reliable repair lab where they can be serviced and sent back to you quickly. Loaner hearing aids are available for those who need them. Assistive Listening Devices An Assistive Listening Device is any type of device, other than a hearing aid, that can help you improve your ability to hear.
